The following policies refer to sales made from my Etsy shop:

Payment Policy

I accept payment via either Paypal or using the Etsy direct checkout, so you can use your card also. I also Accept Etsy Gift Cards.
Please note that payment is due with three days of purchase.

Delivery Policy

I am based in Essex on the East coast of England and use our (surprisingly) efficient Royal Mail to post items. Within the UK, the Royal Mail will handle everything, however, posting to International addresses will mean final delivery will be via your own postal service. International orders will be shipped with the relevant customs forms - buyers are responsible for any charges your customs may make.

As standard, with the UK, I post First Class with proof of posting. Your item should be with you within a day or two.
Internationally, I post Airmail should take about 3 days to Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and major cities around the world. Everywhere should receive the item with about 7 days.

EXPEDITED POSTAGE TO THE UK:
If you need 'Signed For' Confirmed 1st Class postage within the UK, click on the Add Postage Options Section of the shop and add this upgrade to your cart.

For Guaranteed delivery before 1pm Next Day within the UK, click on the Add Postage Options Section of the shop and add this upgrade to your cart.

EXPEDITED POSTAGE TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:
Upgrade to Airsure postage - this should cut at least a day off the delivery times and has the advantage of being trackable via the Track and Trace reference you will receive once the item is posted. Click on the Add Postage Options Section of the shop and add this upgrade to your cart.

Be aware that I will despatch to your Paypal registered address, so please ensure it shows the correct address.

I ship in 1-2 business days unless your item is made to order.

Refund Policy

I am unable to accept returns or refunds on bespoke goods unless I have misrepresented an item. Please ask any questions you have prior to purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. Returns of non-bespoke goods are accepted up to seven days from delivery. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring it's delivery. Any refunds will be made within thirty days of cancellation.
